1/7/2012: Update in progress

Finally have a setting encyclopedia in the works. At the moment all I have is the character index, listing every character in the setting thus far organized by faction and then in alphabetical order by first name (Excel isnt smart enough to organize by last). You can view the test page here. Some factions are "lighter" than others, but only because it takes me a long time to come up with good names. I'll also want to see if anyone can work out the "Mystery of the Violet Flame" and post it on the forum. I'll give you a hint: Arkarius Crowley, August Germaine, Francis Dashwood, Katarina Whiteapple, and Marjolaine Soresh have their names inspired by real people (though the characters themselves have nothing to do with their real-life counterpart).

1/7/2012: Fixes and an upcomming FAQ page

A I made a few small updates to the faction and timeline pages mostly involving timeline corrections. I also am getting ready to add a Frequently Asked Questions page to my site, which can be previewed here. It will be fully up once I get around to making the button for it.

1/7/2012: Well, maybe something...

A few small changes, first and formost I added a new section for Expanded Universe, or other campaigns that feature characters from (or based off of ) this setting. I also decided to change Yukio Kamaggi's name to Yukiko Kazume. This was for several reasons, first and formost her origional name beared resemblance to the rakashan ruler from TSR's campaign Rage of the Rakasha. Secondly because Yukio was a boys name, and third I wanted at least her to have a name that actually meant something that tied in with her personality and character. I also included the kanji for her name and added a small bio section for her. And I must say, that I've never ever been good at poetry, but trying to write a poem in the old Japanese Tanka style is freakin hard!

1/6/2012: Nothing New...

Not really much new. I've been extremely distracted lately and havn't felt that motivated to work on anything....sorry. I am debating whether or not to add more specific/detailed character information again. I had cut that in this design to save on story spoilers, but I'm interested to know what other people think. Details or spoiler free...

8/21/2011: Major Update!

Did a complete overhaul of the faction pages, as well as added some items to the 'further reading' section of the Empire's faction pages. Added faction pages for the Valkyrie Knights (Order of Light Saga) and the Grey Coats (Great Corporate Wars). Please note that some of the updates do contain spoilers and that they have been marked accordingly.

8/15/2011: Rhodon House Pages Up

Put together the faction pages for the noble houses of Rhodon. All thats left is to double and triple check my math before posting the army sizes for each faction. Also corrected a mistake with the House Malgrave flag and converted some of the flags to Gif format to prevent bluring and color distortion. I also removed the flag for the Kamaggi Clan since I wasnt very pleased with its overall quality.

8/14/2011: Timeline Updated

Finally got off my butt and added the last few entries of the Legends segment of our timeline. Next up is the Legends of the Dragon Isles: Dark Empire and The Carathian Crusades (also known as the Rise of Sorrow Marrowgrave). Also added in faction entries for the Second Aldemaarian War and the Great Corporate Wars from my D20 Modern Campaign. No years have been set for the campaign setting.

8/11/2011: Flag correction

Corrected the colors on the Kammaggi Clan flag to be darker and duller to closer simulate the color styles in ancient Asia.

7/09/2011: Links Page

Threw up a new page for links. Also added an additional section to the Timelines, recording the settings chronology in sync with the Forgotten Realms timeline as seen in the 3.5 Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting guide. Also added two missing notes on the map.

7/01/2011: Small Update

Made a small name change to the Imperial forces. Also corrected an error in the Imperial Army sub-page as well as added more entries into the spoiler version of the timeline. Read at your own discretion.

6/29/2011: We have a map!

I finally got around to putting a crude map together of the Dragon Isles. It can be viewed via the new Map button. Also fixed a small glitch with the Carathian flag, as well as uploaded the faction pages for Altera and Jinam.

6/19/2011: New design
Being as indecisive as I am, I've decided to reorganize and revamp the website design. Also got the flags for the sub-factions of the Rhodon Confederacy up as well as Carathia's new flag.
